NOTE: The following data is only collected for CCL Support team users of the app
Data Collected
- Username (in the form of an email address)
- First Name
- Last Name
CCL Support users perform functions such as owning support tickets, which require other support team members to know who is performing what.
Data Retention
Data is retained from when you create a CCL Support account until you use the 'Remove Account' function from within the app.
Data Removal
The app has a function in the support user settings section for you to remove your account and any details associated with it.
If you no longer have the CCL Support app on your device but you wish to request for your account and associated data to be removed, please fill in the form below. CCL will manually remove any stored data from the database.
